Mental Health Awareness
Our awards are designed to recognise commitment to mental health awareness and education for a school, workplace and their communities.
All award holders receive a copy of the logo to use for the duration of its validity, and a digital certificate.
Excellence Award holders can also select to receive a glass plaque.
Foundation
The Foundation level is the starting point for organisations beginning their journey toward prioritising mental health. This level recognises initial efforts to raise awareness and create a supportive environment, such as organising awareness activities, appointing a mental health lead, and initiating basic training. It’s about laying the groundwork for meaningful change.
We don't want there to be any barriers in getting started - so this award is free.
Foundation Award: £0

Development
The Development level celebrates organisations that move beyond awareness to implementing structured policies and programs that promote mental health. At this stage, organisations demonstrate measurable progress through training, policy creation, and the use of data to evaluate their initiatives. It’s a step toward embedding wellbeing into the organisational fabric.
Development Award: £250

Leadership
The Leadership level highlights organisations that position mental health as a core element of their culture. By regularly monitoring and improving initiatives, collaborating with external experts, and ensuring inclusivity, these organisations become role models for others. Leadership-level recipients show a deep commitment to creating long-term, impactful changes.
Leadership Award: £500

Excellence
The Excellence level represents the pinnacle of achievement in mental health promotion. Organisations at this level lead the way by mentoring others, hosting external workshops, and innovating in their approach to mental health. They showcase sustained impact through comprehensive evidence and inspire others to follow in their footsteps. Excellence is about leading by example and driving change.
